1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the zc7777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by zc7777 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Device" means any desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet used to access the zc7777 Platform.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, fishing games, slot machines, and any other wagering products made available through zc7777.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all zc7777 Account balances are maintained.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed by a Player on any Game offered by zc7777.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing zc7777 is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the zc7777 Platform, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. zc7777 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via the email address registered to the Account, but failure to receive such notification does not excuse non-compliance.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a zc7777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies without exception.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of zc7777 or its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the zc7777 Platform or self-excluded under our Responsible Gaming programme.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

zc7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by zc7777 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the zc7777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zc7777 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. zc7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.

zc7777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to access any specific Game or promotional offer.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any other person to access or use your Account, or use any third party's Account credentials on the Platform.

You must notify zc7777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected theft of your credentials, or any other security breach. zc7777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and address any reported security incident; however, the Company accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.

zc7777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. Any Wager placed from your Account is deemed to have been placed by you, regardless of who physically placed it, unless you have reported a security breach prior to the placement of that Wager.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions at zc7777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zc7777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. zc7777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which zc7777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification ("KYC") procedures. zc7777 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method; any excess winnings may be withdrawn via an alternative approved method.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account cashier section and are subject to change.
• zc7777 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if the associated Account balance includes uncleared bonus wagering obligations.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse, zc7777 may freeze Account funds pending investigation and, where required by applicable law, report the matter to relevant authorities.
• zc7777 does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

zc7777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible Games, and validity periods. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by Game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus mechanics or exploit low house-edge Games to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotional offer.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts or with other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage).

zc7777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

8 Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the zc7777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant Game or sports betting market. These rules are displayed within the Game interface or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a Wager, zc7777 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. zc7777 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical error unless the error directly caused an incorrect settlement of a Wager.

For sports betting, including PSL and international cricket markets, zc7777 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or restrict betting markets at any time prior to or during an event.
• Void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or whose result cannot be determined.
• Limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its sole discretion.
• Settle markets in accordance with official results as provided by the relevant sporting authority; in the event of a dispute over the official result, zc7777's decision is final.

Obvious errors in odds (palpable errors) will not be honoured. Any Wagers placed on prices that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error may be voided by zc7777 at its discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc7777 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings accrued through exploitation of a Platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any Game or betting market.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at zc7777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing zc7777 Accounts or Account balances.

10 Responsible Gaming

zc7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a suite of tools to help Players manage their activity. Full details of these tools are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

Available responsible gaming tools include, but are not limited to:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Once set, a limit may only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Players will not be permitted to reopen their Account and will be removed from all marketing communications.

zc7777 may apply responsible gaming restrictions to a Player's Account without the Player's request where there is reasonable evidence of harmful gambling behaviour. Such restrictions are applied in the Player's best interests and are not subject to reversal by the Player within the restriction period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the zc7777 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data ("Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of zc7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Intellectual Property on the Platform without the prior written consent of zc7777.

Any unauthorised use of zc7777's Intellectual Property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate Account termination.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

zc7777's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zc7777 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors or interruptions.
• Any specific Game outcome, odds, or result will meet your expectations or requirements.
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components, although reasonable technical measures are taken to maintain Platform security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zc7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination

zc7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more.
• A change in applicable law or regulatory requirements that necessitates restriction of service in a given jurisdiction.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than terms breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting zc7777 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not entitle a Player to the return of funds lost through legitimate gaming activity.

14 Amendments to These Terms

zc7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, zc7777 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to the affected Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zc7777 holds its international online gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zc7777, the Player must first contact zc7777 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. The contact email for dispute notification is: [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). zc7777 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by the relevant gaming regulatory authority. The decision of the designated body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents zc7777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property or to prevent fraudulent activity.
